Industrial Physical AI for Manufacturing

How well do advances in Industrial Physical AI translate into the ability to perform real manufacturing tasks? This question motivates my research on manufacturing capability. Drawing on hands-on experience in robotic automation, digital twins, and smart manufacturing deployment, together with system-level research on AI-enabled Manufacturing-as-a-Service frameworks, I explore how to connect technology-level capabilities with task-level manufacturing requirements.

I envision manufacturing systems whose capabilities are clear, comparable, and accessible on demand. Through my research, I aim to help manufacturers identify and deploy technologies suited to their production needs, with particular attention to small and medium-sized enterprises.
